Role Summary To lead the planning, engineering control, and supervision of allocated work sections, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and programme objectives. The role is responsible for supervising subcontractors, monitoring the daily progress of civil engineering works, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing site safety and environmental compliance, reviewing and implementing RAMS, resolving technical issues, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. The Section Engineer will lead all aspects of quality management, including the development of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality check sheets, audits, and quality assurance processes across the supply chain. The role also involves the effective management, investigation, and closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
