      <description>Location: Buckingham | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;550/day inside ir35 | Type: Contract | Randstad are recruiting for a number of Freelance section engineer roles to work on a prestigious High speed rail project based in Brackley and Calvert Buckinghamshire      This role is PAYE, inside IR35.       The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main Contractors in Joint venture for a number of years. The role includes the build of a Viaduct, cut and cover tunnel, earthworks, piling and a number of structures.   Duties will include:   Engineers and subcontractor management and / or Self delivery  Planning, forecasting and delivering work  Liaising with clients and stakeholders  Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.  Managing design, NCRs, RFI''s, H&amp;S etc.       Essential Experience:    You will need to have a significant amount of experience on Earthworks, Structures and /or Highways                Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
