Section Engineer

Our tier 1 Water sector contractor are seeking a Section Engineer to support on Thames Water projects on a permanent basis.They are working with Thames Water on a variety of water and wastewater projects and have fantastic opportunities for individuals to join a growing AMP8 delivery team, working predominantly across the Thames Valley and Thames South regions. There is a mix of projects ranging from smaller capital maintenance to large civil new build schemes. There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Section Engineer to join the Thames Water Framework. The purpose of a Senior Engineer is to oversee the execution of a specific section of a project, ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed to the required standards. ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with Key Alliance partners and subcontractors Take a lead in the establishment of the site and overall delivery of the project supporting the team and management as required. Work effectively and efficiently alongside other members of the delivery team to support them in their role. Effective engagement with stakeholders and 3rd parties. (land owners etc) Keep accurate site records identifying any variances or issues and provided feedback to line managers. Assist in project design co-ordination and distribution of documentation relevant to the site works.
