Section Engineer - Highways

Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking a Section Engineer to support the delivery of a major roundabout improvement scheme in Colchester. Your new roleAs Section Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant roundabout project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will coordinate site activities, manage engineering teams and subcontractors and provide technical support throughout the construction phase. Key responsibilities will include: Managing setting out and surveying activities on site Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design specifications and project requirements Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs and quality documentation Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to maintain programme targets Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring technical compliance Supporting the management of temporary works and permit systems Identifying and resolving engineering issues to minimise project risk Promoting ..... full job details .....
