Section Engineer

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Section Engineer to support the delivery of a major water infrastructure project in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile scheme involving significant civil engineering works, large diameter pipe installation and complex reinforced concrete structures.Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of works while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.ResponsibilitiesManaging engineering activities across allocated sections of the projectSupporting delivery of large diameter pipeline installationsOverseeing reinforced concrete structures and associated worksEnsuring works are delivered in accordance with design specificationsProducing and reviewing method statements, risk assessments and inspection test plansManaging subcontractors and coordinating site activitiesMaintaining accurate site records and as-built informationSupporting quality assurance and quality control processesWorking collaboratively with project teams to achieve programme milestonesRequirementsPrevious experience as a Section Engineer or Senior Engineer on major infrastructure projectsStrong background in water, utilities, heavy civil engineering or related sectorsExperience with large diameter pipework installationExperience delivering reinforced concrete structuresProficient with setting out equipment and engineering ..... full job details .....
