Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Control: Carry out complex setting out, provide primary setting out control, and coach subordinates in setting out techniques. Quality and Engineering: Produce Activity Control Plans (ACPs), actively reference specifications, maintain quality records, and raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Technical Queries. Health, Safety and Environment: Produce method statements and risk assessments, prepare temporary works briefs, conduct visitor inductions, and manage accident reporting and permit systems. Productivity and Commercial: Produce weekly programmes, measure progress against KPIs, monitor wastage against budget allowances, and identify additional works and subcontractor outputs.
