      <description>Location: Colchester | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | CSS Recruitment are recruiting for a Section Engineer for a scheme based in Colchester.   Permanent Employment Opportunity .   The opportunity will support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.   Key Responsibilities   	 	 Manage site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying and interpreting technical drawings. 	 	 	 Supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings and quality standards. 	 	 	 Implement health and safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements. 	 	 	 Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and resources to maintain project progress. 	 	 	 Complete site inspections, quality records, as-built drawings and project documentation. 	 	 	 Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and support programme and cost control. 	    Requirements   	 	 Relevant civil engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
