Section Engineer

Are you a SectionEngineer with experience delivering heavy civils on major infrastructure projects?
Do you have strong setting out experience across, earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete structures?
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join the main joint venture delivering works on HS2 one of Europe''s most significant civil engineering programmes.
 
Rate: £480 - £500/day
Location: Buckinghamsire
Duration: 6 month, rolling contract
 
Based in Buckinghamshire, this long-term contract offers the chance to work on a nationally significant project with several years of secured work ahead, excellent career prospects, and the opportunity to be part of a flagship infrastructure development shaping the future of UK transport.
 
The Role:
As Section Engineer, you''ll support the delivery of major earthworks, drainage, and RC structures packages on a large-scale heavy civils project. You''ll be responsible for accurate setting out, QA documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of works on site.

Key Responsibilities
·Setting out and managing teams delivering earthworks, drainage, RC structures
·Producing and maintaining QA documentation
·Supporting site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and accurately
·Conducting surveys, checks, and quality inspections
·Ensuring works meet engineering and project specifications
Requirements
·Previous experience working on major infrastructure or heavy civils projects
·Proven experience setting out and managing teams delivering earthworks, drainage and RC structures
·Experience preparing QA documentation
·Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
·Full UK driving licence
