This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a section of works, working closely with the Sub Agent / Agent and wider delivery team to ensure works are planned, coordinated and delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You''ll also support and develop Site Engineers, Graduates and Apprentices within your team. The Role: - Take ownership of your section of works from planning through to delivery. - Coordinate site activities, programmes, subcontractors and site teams. - Manage engineers and support the development of junior team members. - Review designs, raise technical queries and manage site documentation. - Monitor progress, identify delays and implement mitigation. - Oversee quality, inspections, ITPs, RAMS and NCR close-out. - Maintain high standards of health & safety and environmental compliance. - Support commercial activities and identify efficiencies across your section.
