The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the accountancy sector and be proficient in administrative duties involving software and data management.Day-to-day of the role:Print accounts and tax computations from our software, with full training provided.Review and tidy draft letters produced by staff, using a template.Type letters from dictation and ensure all appropriate enclosures are sent.Handle normal administrative duties including managing post, writing up internal records, and using various software.Maintain organised storage of data in Microsoft folders and ensure efficient data handling.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Secretary, preferably within an accountancy or similar professional environment.Strong familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with learning new software.Excellent typing and dictation skills.High level of organisation and ...</description>
