Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Office-based during training, with hybrid working available once trained

-14 per hour, paid weekly

About the Role:
We''re looking for a proactive and organised Secretary to join our clients Montrose team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting day-to-day office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing petty cash and financial records
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Raising purchase orders (POs)
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Document management and filing
  • Providing in-person and telephone customer service
  • Handling confidential data with discretion

What We''re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Previous experience in an office support role is desirable
