This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and supporting young people in achieving their full potential.You will work alongside teaching staff to provide targeted support, both in and out of the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subject areasProvide one-to-one and small group intervention supportAssist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessonsSupport students with additional needs, including SEN and behavioural challengesHelp to maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environmentMonitor and report on student progress and behaviourRequirementsPrevious experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and flexible approach to supporting learningAbility to build positive relationships with students and staffAn enhanced DBS on the update service ..... full job details .....
