You will help students overcome barriers to learning, encourage engagement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Work with individuals and small groups of students to reinforce learning.Provide additional support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required.Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a productive classroom environment.Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.Encourage student confidence, independence, and participation.Support students pastorally, helping to promote their wellbeing ..... full job details .....
