      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Contract | Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential?  We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming secondary school for a dedicated  Teaching Assistant  to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream setting. This is a full-time role starting in  September , offering the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people every day.  You will work closely with teachers and the school''s SEND team, providing one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of additional needs, including  autism, dyslexia, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs . Your role will be to help students engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their individual goals.
