You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEND professionals to provide academic, behavioural, and emotional support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students in lessons across a range of curriculum subjects.Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support for students requiring additional assistance.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective classroom activities.Support students with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs.Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies.Help students develop confidence, independence, and resilience.Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation.Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, SENCOs, and other support staff.Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion throughout the school environment.Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for ..... full job details .....
