As a Teaching Assistant on supply, you will; Supporting pupils with their learning and development Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities Providing one-to-one or small group support where required Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Supporting students with additional learning needs where appropriate Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation Providing pastoral and emotional support to pupils Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
