Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? We are seeking at least two Teaching Assistants to join our specialist hub in our partner secondary school on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Leading pre-planned sessions at KS3 level (with some lower-level sessions as needed)
• Supporting students with SEND and behaviour management needs
• Building strong relationships with pupils to provide effective guidance and support
• Taking on training and additional responsibilities, including tracking student progress

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong behaviour management skills and experience in SEND
• Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons and small group interventions
• A proactive, creative, and resilient self-starter
• A commitment to consistency and long-term development within the role

We are looking for candidates who are serious about securing a permanent position and can commit to the demands of the role. As part of the recruitment process, we would like to trial suitable candidates as soon as possible-this could be for a morning or an afternoon.
