andbull; Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
andbull; Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping students engage with the curriculum
andbull; Work one-to-one or in small groups to assist students who need extra support
andbull; Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
andbull; Monitor student progress and contribute to classroom activities
andbull; Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and well-being

Requirements:
andbull; Experience working with secondary school-aged children
andbull; Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting studentsandrsquo; learning
andbull; Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
andbull; Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different classroom environments
andbull; An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
