Secondary Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Focus - Lambeth Full Time Term Time Only ASAP StartLong Term Role (Temp to Perm)Remedy are recruiting a confident and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistant with a strong behaviour focus to join a secondary school in Lambeth.This long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with behavioural needs and who can provide consistent guidance, structure and positive role modelling across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.You will work closely with pastoral teams and teaching staff to help students remain engaged in lessons, regulate behaviour and achieve their academic potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support across KS3 and KS4Support students in lessons and during unstructured timesImplement behaviour management and de-escalation strategiesWork closely with SEN and pastoral teamsPromote positive routines, resilience and engagementSupport classroom teachers with maintaining a focused learning environmentIdeal Candidate Will Have:Experience supporting students with behavioural or SEMH needsConfidence working in a secondary school environmentA calm, consistent and resilient approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategiesBackground in mentoring, youth work, SEN or pastoral roles (desirable)Why Work with RemedyWeekly pay - up to 450 take-home per weekLong-term temp-to-perm opportunityFree CPD ..... full job details .....
