Secondary Teaching Assistant - Winchester Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students in secondary schools across the Winchester area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys helping young people develop confidence, engage with learning, and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will provide classroom support and assist students who may require additional guidance with their learning, organisation, confidence, or behaviour. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or through small-group interventions, depending on the needs of the school. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within secondary education while making a positive impact on students'' development.
