This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people succeed and who thrives in a dynamic school environment. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning support. You will help promote positive behaviour, encourage engagement in lessons and provide targeted assistance to students who may require additional academic or pastoral support.
