Academics are working with a supportive secondary school in Crewe, Cheshire East, who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support their Reflection Room. This is a full-time role starting ASAP until Christmas initially. About the Role: Supporting KS3 and KS4 students with behavioural, emotional and pastoral needs Providing a calm and structured environment for students to reflect and reset Building positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and expectations Supporting students to regulate their emotions and make positive choices Using effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Applicant Requirements: Experience working with young people, ideally in a school, SEN, pastoral or behavioural setting Calm, patient, resilient and confident managing challenging behaviour Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for supporting young people Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Register with...
