Requirements for the Supply Teacher Position Candidates should have at least one year of teaching experience, though NQTs may be considered. Holding Qualified Teacher Status or an overseas equivalent is essential. Registration as a teacher with the Education Workforce Council is required, and support can be provided for this process.
