Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or day-to-day cover.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculumManage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environmentAdapt quickly to different school settings, policies, and student needsFollow lesson plans provided by the school, or create engaging lessons where requiredAssess, monitor, and report on student progress when necessaryUphold safeguarding and school policies at all timesRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)Strong classroom management skillsFlexibility, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to teach at least one subject specialism (all subject ..... full job details .....
