This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility, delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.Assignments will include day-to-day cover as well as short-term placements, providing vital support to schools while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects to KS3 and KS4 studentsMaintain a positive and productive classroom environmentManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesAdapt quickly to different school settings and expectationsEnsure continuity of learning during teacher absencesProvide feedback to permanent staff on student progress and behaviourUphold safeguarding and school policies at all timesRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)Strong classroom and behaviour management skillsFlexibility and confidence teaching across multiple subjectsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive and professional approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What ..... full job details .....
