Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Immediate start)andnbsp;

Salary: andpound;162 - andpound;223 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and accessible Art andamp; DT lessons tailored to SEN students.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning through practical projects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing themselves.
• Support students in developing technical skills, from sketching to construction.
• Work closely with SEND specialists and support staff to adapt lessons to individual needs.
• Organize creative workshops and extracurricular activities that make learning exciting.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience working with SEND students, particularly those with SEMH, autism, or additional learning needs.
• Strong subject knowledge in Art andamp; Design Technology.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in both practical and theoretical lessons.
• Enthusiasm for extracurricular creative projects and school-wide events.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
