We’reseeking enthusiastic, qualified Secondary Teachers with both PPA and non-PPA options available to join our supply team across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils, and fresh opportunities ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and enjoy bringing creativity into their teaching. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 

  • Inspire students to develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills 

  • Support pupil progress and maintainaccurate assessment records 

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment 

  • Work collaboratively with the wider department and wider school team 

  • Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures

Candidate Requirements 

  • A degree in a specific subject or closely related subjects (essential) 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred) 

  • Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 

  • A genuine enthusiasm for literature and language, with the ability to make lessons engaging for all learners 

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
