As a Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs
• Support students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement
• Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and resilient approach to teaching
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• The right to work in the UK

Experience working within Alternative Provision, PRUs, SEMH settings, or with students who have additional needs would be highly desirable.
