What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Current knowledge of the Secondary curriculum in your subject area
• DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on young people's learning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments
