Remedy Tutors are looking for passionate and experienced Secondary SEN Tutors, Specialist Tutors and 1:1 Tutors to support secondary-aged pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You''ll provide tailored 1:1 tuition across the secondary curriculum, helping pupils build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and make meaningful progress towards their individual academic and personal goals. Sessions may take place in pupils'' homes, secondary schools or community settings, offering flexibility and the opportunity to create a learning environment that works for each young person. The Role As a Secondary SEN Tutor, you will: Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition for secondary-aged pupils. Support young people with needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech and language needs, SEMH and other learning difficulties. Teach across the secondary curriculum, with opportunities to specialise in subjects such as English, maths, science, humanities, modern foreign languages and other GCSE subjects. Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, study skills, organisation and independent learning. Prepare and support pupils for GCSEs, functional skills qualifications, assessments and other relevant examinations where appropriate.
