The Ideal Candidate:

• A flexible, team-oriented teacher who thrives in a dynamic SEN environment

• Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Confident supporting students with a wide range of needs, from PMLD to ASD, SEMH, and ADHD

• Understands the impact of adverse childhood experiences and is skilled at building trusting, therapeutic relationships

• Calm, resilient, and able to adapt lessons to meet highly individual needs

• Brings humour, creativity, and compassion to their teaching

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a variety of subjects (e.g. English, Maths, PSHE) to small, well-supported groups

• Incorporating sports or active learning into lessons when appropriate

• Working closely with a class team and specialist staff to ensure every pupil receives tailored, high-quality support

• Contributing to a safe, nurturing school culture that puts students'' wellbeing first
