The Role: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary-aged students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), SEMH and Communication and Interaction Needs.Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual EHCP targets and learning needs.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to student support.Assess, monitor and record student progress, implementing interventions where required.Support students with social, emotional and behavioural development, promoting independence and confidence.Contribute to annual reviews, progress reports, and ..... full job details .....
