Pay rate - Negotiable. Hybrid working available. Inside IR35. Responsible for: Supporting improved outcomes for pupils with SEMH needs, behaviour that challenges and/or those at risk of suspension or permanent exclusion. The role strengthens early, coordinated support across mainstream schools through outreach, Experts at Hand and whole-system inclusion practice. The SEMH Outreach Service is led by the Behaviour and Inclusion Consultant. The team is being developed to include two primary SEMH Outreach Advisors and two secondary SEMH Outreach Advisors, two Family Support Practitioners with one focused on primary and one on secondary, two SEMH Support Officers with one focused on primary and one on secondary, and a Data Analyst. The service is developing in line with national SEND and Alternative Provision reform, with a stronger emphasis on early intervention, ordinarily available inclusive practice, multi-agency working and strengthening capacity within mainstream schools so that children and young people receive the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
