The team is being developed to include two primary SEMH Outreach Advisors and two secondary SEMH Outreach Advisors, two Family Support Practitioners with one focused on primary and one on secondary, two SEMH Support Officers with one focused on primary and one on secondary, and a Data Analyst. The service is developing in line with national SEND and Alternative Provision reform, with a stronger emphasis on early intervention, ordinarily available inclusive practice, multi-agency working and strengthening capacity within mainstream schools so that children and young people receive the right support, in the right place, at the right time. You will be part of a service that supports settings to deliver quality teaching, timely intervention and sustainable whole-school approaches that improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people with SEMH needs and behaviour that challenges in our vibrant and diverse borough.
