Prospero Teaching are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Part-Time Science Teacher to work in a school in Cambridge from September.

We are seeking a teacher with a specialism in Chemistry and Physics who can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stages. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, the ability to inspire students, and effective classroom management skills.

CONTRACT DETAILS

Location - Cambridge
Position - Part-Time Science Teacher (Chemistry & Physics)
Type of work - Teaching
Start date - September
Full time/part-time - Part time (days to be confirmed)
Minimum rate of pay - -120 - -150 per day (depending on experience)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent
Specialism in Chemistry and/or Physics
Previous experience teaching in a UK secondary school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references
