Key Responsibilities:

• Foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence through a well-structured curriculum.
• Plan and lead exciting projects that encourage students to experiment and refine their skills.
• Maintain a well-equipped art studio and encourage students to take pride in their creative spaces.
• Support students in preparing portfolios for exams, competitions, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into cross-curricular learning.
• Establish an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere where all students feel inspired to develop their talents.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge with experience in various artistic techniques and creative processes.
• Ability to guide students through practical and theoretical aspects of art.
• Excellent classroom management skills with a commitment to student development.
