The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management standards
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school teams
• Support students in achieving their full potential

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Experience assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to teaching
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school team
