The role involves working closely with students who may face a range of academic, behavioural, social, or emotional challenges, helping them to engage positively with school life and learning.This role is particularly suited to individuals with transferable skills from youth work, community support, care, or similar backgrounds, who are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils in lessons, small groups, or on a 1:1 basisAssist students facing challenges such as behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing, motivation, or attendanceBuild positive, professional relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and confidenceWork collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral staffPromote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentSupport pupils both inside and outside the classroom (e.g. interventions, break/lunch supervision)The Ideal CandidateWe welcome applications from individuals who:Have experience working with young people (e.g. youth work, support work, care, mentoring, ..... full job details .....
