Secondary School Science Teacher

We are recruiting a passionate and confident Secondary Science Teacher to join a supportive all boys secondary school in M19, Manchester. This is a long-term temporary opportunity for a teacher who can deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 and support pupils to achieve strong outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4Create a positive, well-managed learning environmentDifferentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needsAssess, track and report on pupil progress in line with school policiesWork collaboratively with the Science department and wider staff teamUphold safeguarding and school policies at all timesCandidate Requirements (Essential):QTS/QTLS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)Recent experience teaching Science in a UK secondary schoolStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)Excellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable:Experience working within an all boys school environmentScience specialism (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) to KS4Ability to start immediatelyAdditional Information:Support provided throughout the assignmentLong-term opportunity with potential extension for the right ..... full job details .....
