Secondary School LSA

Progress Teachers are seeking an experienced and dedicated-Learning Support Assistant-to join a-local mainstream secondary setting.-This is a fantastic opportunity to make a true impact on students'' education and well-being, and is-suitable for those with prior secondary school, residential childcare, or youth work experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing-revision support-and-tutoring-to students across key subjects
• Toilet supervision-and assisting with personal care needs when required
• Supporting students with-Education, Health, and Care Plans-(EHCPs)
• Assisting students with-SEN and additional learning needs-in the classroom
• Working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable)
• Experience supporting students with-SEN, EHCPs, or additional needs
• A-patient, empathetic, and proactive-approach to student support
• Strong-communication and teamwork skills
