Choose Your Pathway:
Pathway 1: Mainstream Secondary Schools (All Subject Specialisms)
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 options available).
Support students through GCSE preparation and build strong subject engagement.
Ideal for teachers who love tracking academic progress and driving departmental success.
Urgent subject needs: Science (all disciplines), Mathematics, English, Humanities, and MFL.
Pathway 2: Alternative Provision & SEMH Settings
Teach small, focused groups of young people (aged 11-16) who are outside of mainstream education.
Utilise trauma-informed teaching methods to re-engage students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Focus heavily on building relationships, core life skills, and functional skills/GCSE delivery.
Ideal for teachers looking to step away from rigid tracking metrics and move into a holistic, rewarding environment.

Requirements
Qualifications: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS). Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience: A proven track record of managing classrooms effectively, whether in a mainstream or specialised setting.
Compliance: Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to process a new one immediately).
Passion: A genuine commitment to raising student aspirations and adapting to diverse learning needs.
