Secondary School Administrator

Prospero Teaching is recruiting School Administrators to work in secondary schools across the Midlands.

We are working with a range of mainstream secondary schools and academies seeking experienced administrators to support the smooth day-to-day running of busy school offices.

Duties may include:

• Managing reception and visitor enquiries
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Maintaining pupil records and attendance data
• Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
• Supporting admissions and general administration
• Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff

• Previous school administration experience
• Experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar systems is desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
