PE Teacher (Part-Time) Monday to Wednesday September to Christmas 2026 Gloucester Reed Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in Gloucester to recruit an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join their team from September until Christmas 2026. This is a part-time position (Monday to Wednesday) teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire students to participate, develop skills and enjoy sport in a supportive and inclusive environment. A strong background in a range of sports is essential, with netball experience being a particular advantage due to the school''s extracurricular and competitive sporting programme. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4. Motivate students of all abilities to achieve their potential. Assess, monitor and report on student progress. Promote participation, teamwork and healthy lifestyles. Contribute to extracurricular sport and school competitions where appropriate. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Passion for physical education and student development. Experience coaching and teaching netball would be highly beneficial. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
