Secondary English Teacher (SEMH/SEN) Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Salary: £35,000 - £51,048 per annum (DOE and Qualifications) Contract: Permanent Full-Time Part-Time Considered Start Date: ASAP / September Starts Available Closing Date: 20th July 2026 Luma Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist SEMH and SEND provision in Loughborough to recruit a passionate and dedicated Secondary English Teacher. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional special educational needs, helping them develop both academically and personally through engaging and meaningful English lessons. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a broad and accessible English curriculum tailored to individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes. You will play a vital role in fostering confidence, resilience, literacy skills, and positive engagement with education.
