Cover Supervisor - Secondary School Location: Mile End, East London Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only Pay: £110 per day Join a large, vibrant secondary school in Mile End as a Cover Supervisor. Day-to-day of the role: Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that pre-set work is delivered effectively. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Provide feedback to teachers on lessons and student progress. Adhere to school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting. Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in leading classes independently.
