Responsibilities
Delivering remote support for a wide range of clients.
Working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and core networking fundamentals.
Providing technical assistance across both Windows and Mac environments.
Resolving a variety of technical issues, from user support to more complex escalations.
Building strong relationships with clients, making tech approachable and stress-free.
Qualifications
Solid experience in a 2nd Line Support / Service Desk Engineer role.
Strong skills in M365 administration.
Good understanding of network fundamentals (switching, routing, firewalls).
Confident supporting macOS as well as Windows.
A proactive, positive, and client-friendly attitude.
