This is an excellent opportunity for experienced desktop support professionals to work within a fast-paced, enterprise environment, supporting high-profile clients and contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT services. The successful candidates will provide 2nd line desktop support, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving end-user experience while supporting both business-as-usual activities and project work.
