This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Second Charge Mortgage Broker with at least 18 months of experience of advising on second charge mortgages. Experience required: Minimum 18 months experience of advising on second charge mortgages - taking case from initial lead qualification through to completion. Motivated and highly organised Strong verbal and numerical skills, confident in client interactions. Detail-oriented and commercially aware. CF1 or full/part CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential. Proficient in proofreading and professional communication. Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
