Applicants must have strong experience of supporting pupils in a social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) setting. Working from 8am to 1pm across four or five days each week, you will provide consistent support that promotes engagement, emotional regulation, positive behaviour and access to learning. Key responsibilities Provide structured one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEBD needs. Use Team Teach approaches and agreed behaviour-support strategies safely and consistently. Help pupils regulate emotions, manage transitions and re-engage with learning. Work closely with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding staff, recording and reporting concerns appropriately.
