This is a strategic and operational role focused on embedding attendance and engagement monitoring across the institution, improving data maturity, and supporting staff through change.Key Responsibilities:Complete the rollout of SEAtS across the universityDesign and implement new operational practices for attendance, engagement, and enrolment monitoringDeliver training and support to staff on SEAtS usageDevelop institutional maturity in the use of management information, data, and insightImplement governance structures to oversee attendance and engagement, including risk management and continuous improvementMain Duties:Review and refine attendance monitoring policies and proceduresEvaluate current SEAtS implementation and identify areas for optimisationEmbed SEAtS usage across departments, ensuring consistency and complianceReview and enhance training and support materials for staffAssess and update the university''s student engagement risk registerPerson Specification:Proven experience managing student attendance and engagement in HEStrong track record of leading SEAtS and other student system implementationsSkilled in developing ..... full job details .....
